How does annual billing work?
Pay for 10 months and get 12. Annual prepay covers your plan, add-on modules and extra users, so you save about 17% compared with paying monthly. On the Batch plan, the Quick Start onboarding package (KES 15,000) is also waived when you pay annually.
What is the difference between a user and a shop-floor seat?
Named users get full access to the modules in your plan. Shop-floor (operator) seats are limited mobile seats for tasks such as material intake, filling-line records, store issues and punch-in. Each plan includes both, and you can add more at checkout: extra users from KES 800–900 per month and extra seats at KES 300 per month.
Can I add modules later or change plan?
Yes. Add any module at any time for its flat monthly price, or move up a plan when it becomes the better buy. For example, Batch plus Sales & Invoicing, Quality Control and M-Pesa costs KES 10,400 a month; once you also need Procurement or more users, Line at KES 12,900 includes all of them.
Are prices inclusive of VAT?
No. All prices are in KES per organisation and exclude VAT. VAT is added at checkout (currently 16% for Kenya) and shown as a separate line on your order and invoice. Add your KRA PIN at checkout if you need it on the invoice.
How can I pay?
Checkout is processed securely by Paystack. You can pay by debit or credit card, M-Pesa, or bank. Payments are charged in Kenya Shillings; if you view prices in US dollars, your bank converts the KES amount at its own rate.
What is the founding-customer offer?
Early customers who prepay annually get 15% off their first year's subscription (plan, add-on modules and extra users) with the code shown at the top of this page. It doesn't apply to Enterprise, setup fees or onboarding packages, and places are limited.
Do I have to buy an onboarding package?
No. You can start on your own with the free self-serve option (Academy and templates). Most customers on Line and Plant choose the matching package so data migration, training and go-live are done with our team.
Are there any one-time setup fees?
Only for two integrations when you buy them as add-ons: Mobile Money (M-Pesa Daraja) has a KES 15,000 setup fee and eTIMS e-invoicing a KES 25,000 setup fee. They are included at no setup cost on the plans that bundle them. eTIMS is billed only from certified go-live.

Yes. Batch, Line and Plant each come with a free 30-day trial. Use "Start free trial" on any plan and our team will set you up.
When should I choose Enterprise?
Enterprise is for groups with 100 or more users, several legal entities or regulated operations. It includes every module, unlimited sites, Global Operations and Marketplace, a dedicated-cloud option, custom integrations, an SLA with a 24/7 P1 hotline, and a named account manager. It is priced to your users, sites and integrations, so request a quote.
